In your future role as Laboratory Engineer you will
· Contribute to laboratory assignments and polymerizations being carried out in accordance with existing instructions and routines regarding safety and quality, and according to agreed priorities
· Be responsible for ensuring the polymerization process by checking recipes and equipment.
· Responsible for processing performed laboratory assignments and polymerizations, registration and delivery of samples for analysis.
· Be responsible for the compilation of analysis results from performed synthesis and reporting of results in the intended data system.
· Be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of assigned equipment, instruments and infrastructure in the product development laboratories.
· Write and update instructions and routines when necessary.
· Order materials, raw materials and instruments and equipment.

· Some years of relevant working experience within the chemical industry
· Experience from lab work with synthesis in pilot scale
· Good understanding, writing and speaking in Swedish and English language

Main responsibilities
In the role as Operational Excellence Manager you will lead critical growth-/improvement projects at sites, sometimes for the whole region and occasionally in functions. Qualifications

We also see that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree minimum, related to technical, supply chain, engineering or related fields.
Proven continuous improvement, Lean(6S) experience and/or certified L6S Black Belt.
Extensive knowledge and expert use in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Demonstrated exposure to a variety of lean tools (value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, flow, pull, SMED, etc.
Confident in leading and facilitating lean events
Confident in delivering and coaching in lean training
Solid Problem Solving methodology skills
Associate involvement at all levels in continuous improvement activities
Strong project management skills and operational (manufacturing, supply chain) experience/knowledge
Strong communication/presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsible for assurance in performing risk analyses in projects and small modifications (HAZOP, What-If, LOPA, SIL, MOC)

Qualifications
To be successful in this position we believe that you have a strong ability to cooperate and work in a team. You are a good communicator and driven to solve problems, both on your own and together with others. You are structured and organized but you are also flexible and can adapt to fast changes.
M Sc in Chemical Engineering or similar
It is meritorious if you have +3 years of experience as process engineer in process industry, but not a requirement.
You preferably have experience with chemical plant design, start up and commissioning, and as well with process engineering in R&D or manufacturing
Knowledge in process engineering and process design tools
Knowledge in risk assessment
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

In your future role as Development Engineer you will
· Lead assignments and/or participate in assignments/projects and ensure execution and delivery of technical results
· Have responsibility to support product development tasks in implementation stages and analytical development and customer evaluation
· Maintain, improve and develop new relevant research methods in the field, ensure retention of knowledge through research reports
· Formulate and present solution directions and issues advice at request or at own initiative

We believe you bring
· University degree in Chemistry / Chemical Technology or relevant working experience
· Good understanding in analytical chemistry and analytical instrumentations

· Good communication abilities in English and Swedish – orally and in writing
· Good knowledge about the plant product chemistry and its sustainability issues
· Good knowledge regarding chemicals substances, HSE regulations and procedures.

The process and quality control (PQC) department supports all plants with expertise in process engineering, process safety, laboratory engineering and quality management. We have a high ambition to deliver owners engineering, improved process safety and right product quality.

We are now looking for a Manager/Team lead to our Process Engineering team within the PQC Department. This position has 70% focus on working as a senior process engineer and 30% focus on team lead role to lead a group of 10 process engineers. The position will report to the PQC Manager.


In your future role as Manager Process Engineering, you will;
get the opportunity to further develop your talents, skills and contribute to continuously improve our organization. You will be joining a skilled team of engineers with experience from multiple organizations and various fields. In this function you will have many contact areas and work with several functions on site. Cooperation and team orientation are key in this role.


Key areas as Senior Process Engineer
Based on customer demands define scope of projects and gives support to the plants with improvement projects with regards to HSE, capacity and efficiency.
Act as lead process engineer, site representative or technical licensor in projects
Perform process design in projects including: Basis of design, flow sheeting, process flow diagram, material and heat balanc, Process calculations, sizing of equipment, piping and instrumentation, Create and establish P&ID; (Piping & Instrument Diagram), Preparation of functional descriptions of instrumentation and process control


Key areas as Team Leader
Coordination and prioritization of activities within the team.
Leading, managing and developing the team and individuals to build a strong, motivated, passionate, diverse team striving for operational excellence based on continuous improvements.
Ability to act as an interface between process engineers and the rest of the functions within the PQC department including reporting to PQC Manger.



We believe you bring
Master M Sc Chemical Engineering or similar
Extensive relevant experience in process engineering.
Knowledge in risk assessment
Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)



Great if you have
Experience with chemical plant design, start up and commissioning
Excellent knowledge in process engineering and process design tools
Lean and/or SixSigma competence

I din framtida roll som arbetsledare kommer du att ha det övergripande ansvaret för att leda och utveckla underhållsavdelningens 20 tekniker som består av mekaniker och el/instrumenttekniker. Du driver arbetet med att skapa en långsiktig struktur och strategi för ett förebyggande underhåll i nära samarbete med driftorganisationen, planering och schemaläggning. Du är en förebild i säkerhetsfrågor och bidrar aktivt till en positiv säkerhetskultur.

I rollen som arbetsledare för vår underhållsavdelning kommer du:
Operativt leda och fördela arbete på avdelningen
Likställa och utveckla arbetsrutiner inom arbetsområdena
Tolka, utveckla och följa standards enligt myndigheternas krav och föreskrifter samt företagets interna regler
Aktivt arbeta med 5S för att skapa ordning och struktur på arbetsplatsen
Driva förbättringsarbete enligt företagets principer
Kvalitetssäkring av avdelningens avrapporteringar i underhållssystemet SAP
Ansvar för personalens kompetensutveckling
Kostnads och budgetansvar



Kvalifikationer;
Tidigare erfarenhet som ledare med personalansvar
Erfarenhet från industri och/eller underhåll
Vana att arbeta inom underhållsystem exempelvis SAP-PM, Idus, Maximo eller motsvarande
Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet
God kommunikativ förmåga på såväl svenska som engelska i såväl tal som skrift.



Extra bra om du har;
Högskola/universitetsutbildning med inriktning inom konstruktion, maskinteknik eller motsvarande
Certifiering inom underhåll
Kunskap inom förbättringsmetodik såsom TPM, SIX SIGMA, LEAN eller motsvarande
Erfarenhet av SAP
