What you’ll do
Lead and manage industrial or facility projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
Represent the entity in global or regional industrial transformation initiatives
Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and provide performance visibility
Apply best practices in project management and continuous improvement

Essential for the Role
Proven experience in industrial or supply chain project management
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and facility operations
Ability to work independently with occasional supervision
Skilled in managing complex problems and influencing stakeholders
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Engineering or technical background preferred
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Vad vi letar efter:
* Starkt engagemang för ledarskap, personal och affärsutveckling.
* Tidigare erfarenhet av ledande befattningar, inklusive medarbetaransvar och P&L är meriterande.
* Intresse för teknik i förändring och utveckling. Digitalisering och AI är idag en självklarhet inom branschen.
* Erfarenhet av att arbeta med serviceåtaganden gentemot externa kunder. Gärna kopplat till fastighetstekniska system.
* Flytande i både svenska och engelska.
* Körkort är ett krav.

I rollen så får du möjlighet att ingå i affärsområdets ledningsgrupp för Service och kommer att jobba tillsammans med ett team av kollegor för att vidareutveckla får serviceaffär. Vi tror att lokal förankring och närhet till kund är centralt för att bygga långsiktiga och lönsamma kundrelationer. Detta gör vi i väldigt stor utsträckning i samarbete med vår projektorganisation och du delar regionsansvaret med en chef på projektsidan. Genom att förvalta och utveckla samarbetet mellan dessa team så kommer ni att driva regionens lönsamhet och utveckling.

Eftersom ditt team är geografiskt utspritt och frekvent ute på kundbesök så ser vi ett behov att du är närvarande både fysiskt men också genom ditt ledarskap för att kunna ge det stöd som behövs ute i verksamheten.

What you’ll do
Review technical documentation of the order and collaborate with sales and customers to address any technical queries.
Define technical solutions by creating electrical diagrams and BOM lists tailored to customer specifications, ensuring minimal cost and optimal use of existing solutions.
Uphold technical quality and service levels in customer drawings and BOM, adhering to design timelines and quality processes.
Provide technical support during FATs and deliver comprehensive "as manufactured" documentation to customers post-project completion.

Essential for the Role
Hands-on technical background with experience in medium voltage stations, substations, and breaker systems (high, medium, and low voltage).
Prior experience working as a technician or substation technician is highly valued.
Strong understanding of electrical design principles and practical implementation.
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Business degree is a plus.
Experience with Data Center projects and construction industry regulations is a plus.
Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus.
